By engaging the services of IMMIGRATION 4 ALL, company, you agree to the following non-liability and waiver statement:

1. Non-Liability Statement IMMIGRATION 4 ALL is an immigration consulting firm that provides services related to immigration matters. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We cannot guarantee the outcome of your immigration case, or the accuracy of any information provided to you.
   We assume no responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information we provide or for any consequences that may result from your reliance on that information. We cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses that you may incur as a result of using our services.
2. Waiver Statement, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMMIGRATION 4 ALL and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to any claims arising from your immigration case.

   You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the information you provide to us and that we are not responsible for verifying the accuracy or completeness of that information. You also acknowledge and agree that the outcome of your immigration case depends on many factors, including but not limited to your eligibility for the desired immigration benefits, the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, and the decisions of the relevant government agencies.

By engaging our services, you waive any and all claims, causes of action, or demands of any nature whatsoever, including without limitation any claims for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of fiduciary duty, against IMMIGRATION 4 ALL and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

This non-liability and waiver statement shall be binding upon you and your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
